Online:

Go to ACCESS.wi.gov and click on “Renew or apply for more.” To learn how you can renew online, go to the website.

By Mail:

If you did not receive a renewal form from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, contact your agency on the DHS website. Ask to have a form sent to you. You can also download the renewal form from the DHS website.

In Person or by Phone:

Make an appointment to renew your health benefits with your Income Maintenance (IM) agency. You can do this in person or by phone. Find your IM agency on the DHS website.
