How to Renew

Online: Visit YourTexasBenefits.com. Log into your account and select the “Manage your Account or Application” button. Find the case that says “Ready for Renewal” and select “Details.” Then select “Renew Benefits” to complete the renewal application. You can also print a paper copy of the renewal application to submit by mail.

By Phone: Call 2-1-1 for help with renewing your benefits or to request a paper form. Select Option 2 after picking your preferred language.

By Mail: Complete the form sent to you by HHSC or that you printed from YourTexasBenefits.com. You can return it by mail using the prepaid envelope sent to you or in your own envelope addressed to HHSC, PO Box 149024, Austin, TX 78714-9968. You can also submit by fax using 1-877-447-2839. Don’t forget to sign the forms.
